Warranty

Craftsmen Limousine, Inc. warrants the stretch structure not to sag, break,or bend for as long as the first customer owns the limousine regardless of miles. The LIMO-LECTRIC rear control system is warranted by Mar-Mar Enterprises and Craftsmen Limousine for as long as first customer owns the limousine. All parts, appliances, alternators, etc. are warranted for 1 year, and any miscellaneous problems not caught by Craftsmen in their final inspection will be covered for 6 months regardless of miles. Should a warranty problem arise the customer will be expected to cooperate with Craftsmen to get the repairs done at the lowest dollar. Before any repairs begin Craftsmen must be contacted. They will put their technician on the phone who specializes in the problem area, and he will work the repairman through the repair. In extenuating circumstances Craftsmen reserves the right to require the customer to return the limousine at the customer's expense to Craftsmen's shop in Ozark, MO. Craftsmen must authorize all warranty, and except in cases of emergency, can deny payment, or reduce the amount they will pay if their procedure is not followed.

Note: Upon Conversion modification all OEM Warranties will be void.
